1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

The following right of withdrawal applies only to consumers in distance contracts:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CSM Chemnitzer Sportförderungs- und Marketinggesellschaft mbH, Walter-Oertel-Str. 38, 09112 Chemnitz, Phone: 0178/6267500, Email:) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods to us or hand them over without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary for the purpose of checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
