Disclaimer EPR 2023-2025
The condition for participation is that the participant agrees to bear risks against his person and property himself, resulting from the implementation of the joint tour and not to make any claims against persons, institutions or companies that implement or have implemented the joint tour.
CSM Chemnitzer Sportförderungs- und Marketinggesellschaft mbH shall not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by participants while riding the recommended route, while practicing sports, while using facilities and equipment or during any other activity carried out in connection with the bike tour, unless such damage or loss is covered by existing insurance policies.
Insofar as the organizers and helpers as well as their legal representatives and vicarious agents are not at fault, claims of the participants for damages arising from injury to life, body and health as well as for material and financial damages are excluded.
Organizers and helpers as well as their legal representatives and vicarious agents are only liable for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Slightly negligent behavior only justifies liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body and health as well as damages resulting from the violation of essential contractual obligations.
Each participant declares with his signature under the exclusion of liability that he has read the just mentioned points and now following rules, regulations and conditions, accepts them and he is sufficiently insured against accidents and participates at his own risk.
> The StVO must always be observed and complied with.
> All participants drive at their own risk.
> A liability of the CSM Chemnitzer Sportförderungs- und Marketinggesellschaft mbH for damages caused to the participant during the tour is excluded(already described in detail above)
> I am responsible for my own driving, have been informed about the risks of the tour and consider myself able to cope with them.
> I commit myself to follow the instructions of the responsible persons.
> Each participant is responsible for himself and drives at his own risk.
> The tour leaders are entitled to exclude from the tour riders whose bicycles do not comply with the provisions of the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations.
> The instructions of the respective tour leader must be followed.
> In the event of breakdowns or other interruptions to the tour, the tour leader must be informed immediately.
> The same applies if someone wants to leave the group.
> It is imperative to show consideration for pedestrians and other cyclists.
> Helmets are compulsory.
Data processing / photo, film and sound
Each participant gives irrevocable consent to the organizer and its agents to the use, distribution and publication of photographic material, film recordings and interviews in radio, print media and books for event-related advertising purposes without any claim to remuneration.
Organization and hygiene concept
1. All participants declare with their signature that they have had no conscious contact with persons tested positive for COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the event. 2.
2. the signatory also confirms that he/she is fit to drive and in good health.
3. the undersigned waives all claims for damages against the organizer, organizers and helpers as well as their legal representatives and vicarious agents under health aspects.
4. participants from risk groups in the sense of the recommendation of the Robert-Koch-Institute should discuss their participation with their family doctor in advance.
5. all participants as well as their attendants and the ORGA-TEAM are obliged to bring a mouth mask for the start and finish area of the tour and the transfer in the busses.
As a general rule, the minimum distance must be observed wherever possible. The minimum distance must also be observed in the changing areas and sanitary areas.
